Models and pricing

Which models you can call depends on this site and on your key. Each request is charged at its model's price.

List models

GET /v1/models returns the models your key can call, taking the key's group and allowed models into account.

How prices work

Models are priced in one of three ways. The pricing page lists the price of every model.

Pricing	How it is charged
Per token	Input, cached input and output tokens, each at a price per million tokens.
Per request	A fixed price for each request, whatever its size.
Dynamic pricing	A price that depends on the request, such as its length.

Groups

Every key belongs to a group. A group's rate multiplies the price of every model, so the same model can cost more or less depending on the key's group. Choose the group when you create the key.
